While visiting clients in the Middle East, Managing Director & Founder Shabnum Hanif was awarded the Womenpreneur Middle East’s Excellency Award for Corporate Psychology & Leadership, presented by Her Highness Sheikha Aisha bint Humaid Al Mualla.

Coinciding with Emirati Women’s Day, the awards embodied the Mother of the Nation’s 50:50 Vision, a national ambition and strategic framework to empower Emirati women to become global role models. Celebrating the leaders demonstrating what can be achieved when women are supported in building the future, the awards brought together some of the best examples of women fostering partnerships and driving progress across sectors - including Shabnum.

Since launching our Middle East entity earlier this year, we have established a firm foundation for strengthening psychology, mental health, and human performance in the corporate sector. Working with companies that possess a willingness to prioritise wellbeing in the workplace, our journey in the Middle East is only beginning. Award recognition such as this is a welcome reminder of the progress already being made.
