As we look to grow our reputation and presence across the Middle East, it’s critical that we have the resources and expertise to support regional clients. Strengthening our ability to do this is the addition of Mharc Alonzo as Operations Executive for the UAE.

Born in the UAE, Mharc will be based in Dubai in his new role and will work closely with Managing Director and Founder, Shabnum Hanif, to execute our in-country growth strategy. Not only does Mharc possess exceptional regional knowledge, but his previous career as an Emirates Airlines pilot shows he has practical insight working in high-risk, high-pressure environments and understands the importance of human factors, mental health, and effective incident response.

It’s great to have Mharc as part of the team, where he will support our UAE clients with operational challenges, helping organisations build safer, healthier, and more resilient workplaces.
